Christy Langley is the Economic Development Coordinator for Hoosier Energy and helps to provide technical support to local economic development organizations (LEDOs) and Hoosier Energy member cooperatives.
For the past decade, she has gained extensive experience within the local development scene—most notably with the City of Noblesville, Indiana. In her 10-year stint with Noblesville she worked as Assistant Director of Economic Development, Planning & Development Director, and Deputy Mayor before relocating to Bloomington. Her tenure there includes experience with local government/economic incentive financing, retention and expansion efforts, and quality of life initiatives.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from Ball State University and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Indiana University.
